2023: Nigerians influenced by their suffering – Frank Edward
Nigerian gospel singer, Frank Edward, has said that voters are no longer swayed by religious and ethnic sentiments but by their suffering.
He said this via his Twitter handle on Tuesday, pointing out that Nigerians have gone beyond the state where a personality can influence a group of people to vote for a particular candidate.
He said, “This election is not about who is healthy and who is not; anyone can get good medical attention, not about the tribe, not about whose turn it is!! We just want someone who is not a thief. We are in a critical condition.
“The good thing is that Nigerians’ eyes are open now. These are not the days when one influencer can make people vote for just anyone. People are now influenced by their sufferings.”
