3 Reasons why people suddenly slump and die, especially adults

Human beings die through different means, either by sickness, road accident, poisoning, etc. But one of the most common ways which people also die is through slumping and dying, and that is what I am going to be talking about in this article. When people slump and die, it is sometimes difficult to determine the cause of death without doing an autopsy. This is because many people that slump and die look healthy as of the time it happens. Medical experts have said that for people to slump and die, the brain and heart must be involved. People, especially adults slump and die for various reasons such as a sudden heart attack, stroke, stress, and even Malaria. For the purpose of this article, we are going to be looking at some of the reasons why people suddenly slump and die.

a) Stress: apart from slumping and dying, stress is one of the leading causes of several health conditions in humans. People tend to overwork themselves, and not give enough time to their body for rest. Their many things that can cause someone to stress unnecessarily. It could be work, travel, business, failed relationships etc. If you are the type that likes to stress yourself over work or business, you have to take your time and rest or sleep. You can even take a vacation and travel to a new place just to relax and clear your head, because life is only once.

b) Poor Diet: our body needs as much healthy foods as possible, and this can not be over emphasised enough. Unfortunately, many people do not care about what they eat, and eat whatever they see or like. You have to be deliberate about the type of food you eat. You can always eat fruits and vegetables in replacement for unhealthy junks and snacks. Having a poor diet can lead someone to slump and die according to experts.

c) Cardiac arrest: Cardiac arrests have no disease attached to it. It just happens suddenly, especially when someone slumps, and this can lead to death.
