Man bites off woman’s nipple, swallows it

Tasuru Abdullahi has been arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court for allegedly biting off a woman’s nipple.

The 25-year-old was charged with sexual assault and grievous harm on Friday.

The Police Prosecutor, Insp Kenrich Nomayo, alleged that Abdullahi bit off Ms Nkechi Anosike’s nipple and swallowed it August 2 at 2 pm at Murhi Street, Oregun.

The suspect earlier assaulted the lady sexually, according to the prosecutor.

According to the inspector, the alleged offence contravened the provisions of sections 245 and 263 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2015.

The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Magistrate Elizabeth Adeola admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.

The case was adjourned until Sept. 15 for further mention.
