BREAKING: “One Chance’ hijacks DSS case file on Igboho 12
Awo I. , a DSS lawyer, has told the Federal High Court that the case file relating to the Fundamental Human Rights Enforcement application filed the aides to Sunday Adeyemo file has fallen to robbers.
He told Justice Obiora Egwuatu September 8 that his colleague bringing the case file to court boarded a vehicle a gang of armed robbers called ‘one chance’ operated
All the belongings of the said colleague, including the case file, were taken away by the criminals were hijacked.
Awo then applied for an adjournment.
The service has been delaying in responding to the application by seeking series of adjournment on different grounds.
Eight of the detained 12 aides of the Yoruba nation agitators were released last week, after about two months of such delays.
