Top politician’s aide caught supplying food, fuel to bandits
The combined security forces in Zamfara State have successfully arrested some of the loyalists of Zamfara politician and ex banker, Dauda Lawal Dare who were caught supplying food items, fuel, medicine and other logistics to different bandit’s camps in the State.
It was also gathered that upon the suspects arrest, four vehicles being used for logistics were intercepted and out of the vehicles, three belonged to the ex banker banker Dauda Lawal fertilizer company situated in the State Capital.
During interrogation, the suspects revealed that all their actions were geared at discrediting Matawalle’s Government.

Many observers across Nigeria has believed that the rising of bandits activities in Zamfara State as nothing but a pure political sabotage to discredit the Government of Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle’s administration.
In the same development, Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle has consistently promised to sacrifice any available resources that are available to the state to curtail the inherited insecurity challenges in the state, while adding that, his first and last priority is to transform the state to a more enviable level than he met it.
