1. For some people with high blood sugar who may not be aware of the condition, they may experience pain in their legs or the pain can be felt in their feet because the high sugar content in their blood has been occurring for a long time and they fail to notice it. Some even think the pains are normal and so they resort to medications to have them taken care of, only to see the condition remain persistent.
