Zoning, religion ‘ll shape 2023 elections – Dambazau
The former Minister of Interior, Lt.-General Abdulrahman Dambazau, Tuesday, said ahead of the 2023 general elections, zoning, restructuring, and religion are some of the issues that will affect the 2023 general elections.
Dambazau, a former Chief of Army Staff, spoke in Abuja, at the 2021 Blueprint Annual Public Lecturers and Impact Series Awards.

He said since independence, Nigeria has undergone six elections, and by 2023, the country would witness the seventh election.
To this end, he said Nigerians had started the 2023 elections with mundane issues, and called on them to be interested in poverty reduction, quality and affordable health care services, among other loft programmes.
