EFCC reveals corps members must engage in whistle blowing
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has urged corps members across the country to take advantage of the whistle blowing policy of the government and expose corr#pt practices in their places of primary assignment.
The Kano Zonal Assistant Commander of the EFCC, ACE Farouq Dogondaj, gave the charge in Dutse, Jigawa State on Thursday, September 22, 2022 while addressing members of the EFCC/ Community Development Service group of the NYSC.
According to him, the task of moving the nation forward, could only be successful, when corps members join forces with other interest groups to expose cases of economic and financial crimes in their environments.
Dogondaji, who spoke through the Head of Public Affairs of the Command, Idris Isiyaku, urged corps members to see themselves as critical stakeholders in the fi#ht against economic crimes and shun all internet-related offences.
