Healing Streams Live with Pastor Chris: A Total Experience in Abuja

Without a doubt, every episode of Christ Embassy’s Global Healing Streams Live Healing Services with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has turned out to be a build-up on the last one that happened. It just keeps getting bigger and better, and the impact across the globe is usually unquantifiable.

The divine power of God found awesome manifestations across the countries of the world during the 9^th edition of the programme that held online, beamed to different countries of the world, and translated into over 8,000 languages. All over Christ Embassy Churches and partnering churches, in addition to millions of viewing centres/Healing Centres including hospitals and public places, it was a harvest of healing testimonies.

This 9^th edition was very different in all its ramifications. The instructions, directions, and motivation were different from what we were used to in the previous editions. It was indeed a prolific saturation of the spatial environment with the knowledge of not only the healing power of God but also His glory.

It was three days of incredible moments and tangible healing miracles heralded by distinguished deep insights into God’s word by the President of the Loveworld Nation, Rev. Chris Oyakhilome. The outpourings of grace, blessings, and exhilarating moments of worship and prayers were gloriously edifying, to say the least.

At the command of the man of God, Pastor Chris, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, strongholds of pain, torment, and sickness dissolved instantly, and testimonies flooded in as many discovered their healing.

Captivating teaching sessions throughout the three days of the crusade, where Pastor Chris, quoting copiously from the Holy Scriptures, delved deep into the power of faith and believing in Jesus, were the stage setters for the avalanche of miracles recorded in the programme by participants both onsite and online.

The Man of God, throughout his teachings, emphasized the infinite love of God for His children and His promise to grant their requests (John 14:13–14). He also explained to the audience how to believe, which is with a person’s heart. Furthermore, he cited instances of faith demonstrated in human systems every day, such as a passenger boarding a plane without knowing the pilot’s credentials but still trusting them to fly and land safely.

He urged the listeners to channel this faith towards Jesus: “If you would just put a little of that faith in Jesus, everything will be alright.”

In his remark, Pastor Dipo Fisho, the Zonal Pastor, Abuja Zone, said, “The Healing Streams Live Healing Services of Pastor Chris is not a healing programme for the bodily sick only. It’s a healing programme that covers healing in the body and healing in people’s lives, including healing in families, homes, finances, jobs, and businesses. It’s a total healing programme.”

In his words, “Sickness is a thief of time, potential, energy, finance, and the future, but Jesus Christ came so that all may have and enjoy a disease-proof life.”

Describing what reportedly happened during the three days of the programme, Pastor Dipo said, “In the Abuja zone, we were not surprised at the avalanche of miracles recorded in our various healing centres because heartfelt, continued prayers were made for the power of God to tangibly manifest to heal. Extensive outreach efforts and meticulously organized online and on-site centres set the stage for an extraordinary outpouring of divine healing across the entire FCT.”

“Miracles that had defied man’s logic and imagination, such as the unarguably deadly ill from myriad diseases at numerous healing centres across the FCT received strength and were restored to health before the astonished eyes of witnesses at the healing centres,” he said.

Highlighting the program’s transformative impact, Pastor Dipo shared touching testimonies of miraculous healings. One of these was that of Mrs. Uwanamaka Offah who had a caesarean section on Monday, October 23, 2023, at the Gwarimpa General Hospital, Lifecamp. The baby came with a condition known as syndactyly, which is a condition in which children are born with fused or webbed fingers. The baby also had congenital issues; as such, she was immediately transferred to Gwagwalada Teaching Hospital without her mother seeing her. Since then, the baby has been placed on oxygen until Friday, October 27, the first day of the Healing Stream crusade.

Mrs. Uwanamaka Offah, still on admission at the Gwarinpa General Hospital, narrated her baby’s condition and her condition to our brethren who hosted the healing centre at the hospital. Our brethren who hosted the centre told her that she should expect her miracle that very Friday night concerning herself and her baby, who was transferred to another hospital.

Suddenly, as Pastor started praying for the sick, she got a call from her sister in Gwagwalda Teaching Hospital that her baby, for the first time since birth, was out of life support (oxygen), and she was breathing normally.

The woman herself has also been discharged and got to meet her daughter in the teaching hospital to see her for the first time after 7 days. This was indeed a miracle!

There was also a compelling testimony from our Kubwa Church in one of the healing centres, hosted in a residential apartment. Her name is Solanke Oluwasemilore, who, a week before the commencement of the HSLHS crusade, precisely on Sunday, October, woke up with her left eye completely sealed up and refusing to open despite all efforts.

It was red and swollen, and it was bringing out some greenish-coloured discharge.

“During Day 2 of the Healing Streams, while Pastor ministered to those that were sick, I felt this hot sensation, and I had to run to the bathroom and was throwing up.

“When I came to continue with the programme I noticed my eyes weren’t painful anymore, and I could see clearly through my left eye,” she narrated.

The three-day power-packed programme lasted from Friday, October 27, to Sunday, October 29, 2023. And as foretold, the healing streams of God indeed inundated the faithful, and great rejoicing filled the Federal Capital.
