Access Bank PLC has once again solidified its position as Nigeria’s leading brand, emerging as the most valuable brand in the country for the fourth consecutive year, according to the “Nigeria 25 2025” ranking released by Brand Finance, the world’s foremost brand valuation consultancy.

This remarkable achievement underscores Access Bank’s continued dominance in the Nigerian financial sector and highlights its unwavering commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth across Africa and global markets.

According to the 2025 Brand Finance report, banking institutions now represent 59% of the total brand value in the top 25 list, marking the financial sector as the most influential contributor to Nigeria’s brand economy.

The report also noted a significant reshuffling within the rankings, with banking brands increasingly taking over the top spots—an indication of the industry’s growing resilience, adaptability, and strategic importance to the nation’s economic stability.

Roosevelt Ogbonna, Managing Director/CEO of Access Bank, welcomed the recognition, attributing the brand’s sustained excellence to the dedication of the bank’s workforce and the enduring loyalty of its customers.

“This recognition as Nigeria’s most valuable brand for the fourth year running is a testament to the strength of our people, our customers’ trust, and the strategic clarity that drives everything we do. At Access Bank, we remain committed to delivering value through innovation, financial inclusion, and impactful partnerships across Africa and beyond,” Ogbonna said.
