ADC leadership crisis deepens, court sacks executive, upholds Akwashiki as leader
The leadership crisis in the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has continued to deepen as the Federal High Court presided by Justice Binta Nyako sacked the Chief Ralph Nwosu led executive of the party.
The court also annulled all actions taken by the Nwosu executive from the 21st of August 2022 till date.
The Court, thereafter, upheld Senator Patricia Akwashiki as the leader of the ADC.
The ADC has been rocked with crisis since the party’s presidential primary.
