Court adjourns Kano Govt’s suit against Emir Bayero to July 2
A Kano State High Court, presided by Justice Amina Adamu Aliyu, on Monday adjourned a suit filed by the State Government seeking to restrain Aminu Ado Bayero and four other from presenting themselves as Emirs in the Kano to 2nd July.
A Federal High Court had a judgement nullified the reinstatement of Emir Muhammad Sanusi II, upturning the dethronement of Emir Ado Bayero.
