Edo Speaker impeached
The speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly Justin Okonoboh, has been impeached.
What led to the development is not certain yet.
But the impeachment came Monday afternoon.
Okonoboh has been under fire for months since he came into office about a year ago.
Edo Speakers have been running the gauntlet since 2012–and they have been getting hit badly.
Former Victor Edoror was impeached in June 2016 in a similar fashion.
