Governor Udom hosted Porto FC

National Daily learnt during the week  Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom state,  Udom Gabriel Emmanuel played host to officials of Portugese Football Academy, FC Porto  who came to the Government House, Uyo to work out modalities for the establishment of a Sports Academy in the State.

The FC Porto officials were: Pedro Albuquerque, Head, FC Porto International, Tiago Calisto, CEO TGC Consulting, Pedro Moreira, Carlos Silva and Paul Ojo.

National Daily gathered that it was  Hon. Essien Nse was behind the great initiative, creating the platform for  teaming youths towards their upbringing in their respective football careers.
