How regret, loss of personal control led bank worker to suicide in Delta
Nwokorie Nnamdi Godson, a bank worker living in Sapele, Delta committed suicide after leaving a disturbing post on Facebook.
“I no longer have a mind of my own. Cos I now do things I later regret, he wrote on Facebook Saturday.
The struggle is not funny anymore. I am still good at heart so u know.”
He was later found hanged on a water tank scaffold at Ugbeyiyi community on Sunday.
Many frustrated young Nigerians have resorted to suicide in recent times.
While economic hardship and relationship problem account for most of the incidents, drugs are also involved in other cases.
