Justice Crack briefly reunites with infant son during bail hearing (Video)
An emotional scene unfolded on Tuesday at the Federal High Court in Abuja as social commentator and content creator, Justice Chidiebere, popularly known as Justice Crack, appeared for his bail hearing following his arrest by the Nigerian Army.
The courtroom atmosphere shifted briefly when Justice Crack was allowed a rare personal moment with his 11-month-old son, whom he had not seen since his detention on April 26.
The touching reunion was facilitated by fellow content creator, RandyPeter, who brought the child to court for the brief encounter during the proceedings.

A video circulating on social media showed the embattled critic holding his baby in court, a moment that drew visible emotion from onlookers and quickly sparked widespread reactions online.
Justice Crack was arrested after he posted online content drawing attention to alleged welfare and feeding conditions affecting soldiers. His videos, which gained significant traction on social media, were said to have triggered internal concern within military circles.
In a statement following his arrest, the Nigerian Army explained that preliminary investigations suggested his activities went beyond civic advocacy, alleging that his content was intended to incite dissatisfaction and unrest within the ranks.
The Army maintained that the arrest was part of an ongoing investigation into the nature and intent of his publications, while legal proceedings continue to determine the merits of his bail application.
The case has since attracted public attention, with supporters describing him as a whistleblower highlighting sensitive issues, while others await the court’s ruling on whether he will be granted bail pending further investigation.
