Kwankwaso laments death of Sheikh Giro
Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in the 2023 general elections, on Thursday lamented the death of Sheikh Abubakar Giro Arugungu.
According to the former Governor of kano State, “We shall not forget Sheikh Giro’s indelible legacy in Islamic propagation and peace building.”

“I’m saddened by the death of Sheikh Abubakar Giro Arugungu, who has been laid to rest this afternoon.
“We shall not forget Sheikh Giro’s indelible legacy in Islamic propagation and peace building.
“May the Almighty Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus. I extend my deepest condolences to his family, the Muslim community, and the government and people of Kebbi State. – RMK”
