Male Corp member’s fingers cutoff by religious extremists in Kastina

A male member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) serving in Katsina State has become of a victim of extremist religious attack. National Daily gathered that the male Corps member, whose name was not disclosed, had his fingers cut off for living together with a female Corps member during an attack by some indigenes in Katsina State
The attackers were said to have allegedly descended on the two serving members of the NYSC, cutting off the fingers of the male member ‘for defying their religious injunctions’.
The attackers had struck with the condemnation that the male and female fresh graduates ought not to share same apartment.
