Man arrested for defiling his 9-yr-old daughter
Police operatives in Anambra State have arrested one Kenneth Nwangwu, 40, for allegedly defiling his 9-year-old daughter in Akama village, in Aguata LGA of the state.
Nwangwu was apprehended by the Police following a tipoff by a whistle-blower. It was gathered that a medical examination carried out on the victim revealed she was defiled.
Investigation revealed that the suspect has nothing tangible doing for a living and had been the only one raising the minor since his ex wife left them many years ago.
However, denying the allegation, the suspect said: “It is my enemies at work because they are envious of me. I only feed my daughter and nothing more.”
