Many liberated as Greater Liberation celebrates 15th anniversary

The Mountain of Liberation and Miracle ministries aka Greater Liberation City rolled out the drums penultimate Sunday as the church celebrated its 15 years anniversary of setting people free from spiritual and physical bondage.

Recounting God faithfulness before preaching the word of God, Senior Pastor of the church, Dr. Chris Okafor, said he remembered vividly, how God has protected the church from various attacked, different plan of the devil that was aborted and also so many attacked on his person, but with all this, God still remain itself.

According to the charismatic pastor popularly refer to as God’s oracle, Mountain of Liberation and Miracle ministries, which began inside a classroom with just 20 members 15 years ago, now has metamorphosed to a “Mecca of sort”  where people run to for words/miracles/deliverance and having over 7000 worshipers at any of its service.

“I vividly recalled a sad incident six years when I was abducted for 53 days by daredevil kidnappers whose plans was to kill me in other for those behind the dastardly act to put an end to my mission of winning 1 billion souls for Christ. But God has remained faithful because I came out of the experience stronger and more committed to the mission,” he said.

In his message title ‘’REMEMBER’’ the Apostle of Altars Dr. Chris Okafor said one of the ways to get more blessing from God is to show loyalty by remembering God faithfulness’.

He said remembering God faithfulness brings more glory, more breakthrough towards one’s life without bitterness.

At the thanksgiving service, over 20 families dedicated their miracles babies and some who had been waiting for 20 years without baby dedicated their baby at the anniversary celebration.

Making the 15th anniversary a remarkable ones, major gospel artiste in the country like Gabriel Peters, Janet Joel, Samuel Otu and the Greater Liberation mass choir thrilled worshippers with various tunes.

Highlight of the celebration was the case of a boy who due to spiritual attach was left blind but was healed by the intervention of Dr. Chris Okafor.

Also a woman and his 15 years old boy who has been suffering from affliction of the blood in the last fifteen years also got her deliverance.
