The Kaduna police command has made some arrest in addition to recovering the stolen car of Abdulkarim Na-Allah, the eldest son of Sen. Bala Ibn Na’Allah, killed in his GRA home in Kaduna in August.
The command Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige, confirmed the development on Wednesday.
“Yes two suspects were arrested a week ago in Kaduna.”
He said investigation was ongoing to ascertain the motive behind the killing.
“The car the suspects took from the deceased had been recovered, but is in Niger Republic.
“We are liaising with Interpol to bring back the car to Nigeria,” Jalige said.
The National Daily reported Na’Allah, the senator representing Kebbi South senatorial district, already accepted his pilot son’s death as the will of God as he insisted the death was no murder but culpable homicide.
The victim was found bound in his room. No injury or signs of brute force on him.
