Former Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, at an event in Bayelsa, met with Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State.

“It was wonderful to reconnect with my good friend and brother, Bayelsa State Governor, His Excellency @GovDouyeDiri”
