Ondo 2024: Massive crowd receives Agboola Ajayi, PDP in Owo
In the build up to the November 16 governorship election in Ondo State, massive crowd of enthusiastic members and supporters received Agboola Ajayi, governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Owo, in a show of force that signals a significant shift in Ondo State’s political landscape, the PDP declared.

According to the PDP @OfficialPDPNig, “Our Candidate’s agenda for the people of Ondo State includes, provision of adequate security to stop incessant killings and kidnapping, economic revitalization, provision of basic education, social development, etc. Hon Ajayi also promises to reduce university tuition fees, reform the education sector, and provide more employment opportunities for youths and graduates in Ondo State.

“The campaign event was marked by a wave of political defections, with numerous members of the APC and other parties announcing their allegiance to the PDP.
“This mass migration of political loyalists underscores the widespread disillusionment with the APC’s current administration’s incompetence and failure to deliver on its promises.”
