Osun Assembly set to screen, confirm Adeleke’s nominees for appointment as commissioners, special advisers
The Osun State House of Assembly on Friday showed readiness to commence the processes of screening and confirmation of nominees transmitted to the House by Governor Ademola Adeleke for appointment as commissioners and special advisers.

The Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Adewale Egbedun, at the plenary of the House on Friday, reading Governor Ademola Adeleke’s letter requesting confirmation, announced the names of the nominees before the whole House.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, Olatunde Tiamiyu, in a statement in Osogbo, on Friday, identified the nominees to include Oladosu Babatunde, Bayo Ogungbangbe, Sesan Ephraim Oyedele, Kolapo Alimi, Soji Ajeigbe, Moshood Olalekan Olagunju, George Alabi, and Sunday Olufemi Oroniyi, Abiodun Bankole Ojo, Basiru Tokunbo Salami, Morufu Ayofe, Sola Ogungbile, Rev. Bunmi Jenyo, Mrs Ayo Awolowo, Wole Jimi Bada, Dipo Eluwole, Rasheed Aderibigbe, and Prof. Morufu Ademola Adeleke, Adeyemo Festus Ademola, Olabiyi Anthony Odunlade, Jola Akintola, Mayowa Adejorin, Mrs Adenike Folashade Adeleke, Tola Faseru, and Ganiyu Ayobami Olaoluwa.
The House of Assembly, accordingly, appointed an ad hoc committee for preliminary screening before the nominees would appear before the whole House screening and confirmation.
