Police evacuates bloody remains of tomb raider killed by ghost in Ogun
A man suspected to be a money ritual maker died inside a grave whose content he was about to exhume at the Iberekodo Muslim cemetery, Atan Ota, Ogun, September 5.
The death was bloody, too
The Ogun State police command confirmed the incident to newsmen on September 8.
Residens of the area believe a ghost must have killed him, saying people do such thing for rituals.
It was also observed the raider dead remains were bleeding.
Police from Enugada division were said to have evacuated the body as investigation commenced.
The Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, while confirming the incident to newsmen, said he could not confirm what killed the man.
“Yes, a lifeless body was found at a cemetery in Iberekodo, Abeokuta. The body has been taken to a cemetery and investigations have commenced,” Oyeyemi confirmed.
