Russia talks tough over Ukraine opts out of peace negotiation
Russia, on Thursday, talked tough over Ukraine, opting out of peace negotiation between the two countries.
Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, on Thursday, declared that “peace talks with Ukraine are no longer an option.”

President Putin had had earlier cautioned against illusions of military superiority over Russia, saying the country will not allow.
