Shehu Sani commends Tinubu’s appointment of new Customs CG, says Customs is back to Customs
Senator Shehu Sani has covertly commended President Bola Tinubu on the appointment of the new Comptroller general of the Nigerian Customs, Adeniyi Bashir Adewale, from the Service.
Sani, celebrating the appointment of the new CG, declared that “Customs is back to Customs.” The senator celebrated the focus on professionalism and career experience in the appointment of the new Customs Comptroller General by President Tinubu.
Some stakeholders have noted that the trend is recovering Nigeria from the random appointment legacy of former President Muhammadu Buhari in the past eight years, where a retired Colonel was appointed CG of Customs.
Shehu Sani in a tweet, posted: “Customs is back to Customs.
