Three ABSU students die, 2 others hospitalized following a fatal car crash
At least three students of Abia State University (ABSU) have died in a fatal car cra§h that occurred on Thursday, March 21.
It was gathered that the students, from the department of medicine and surgery, were heading to Aba from Uturu after attending the induction ceremony of their colleagues when the tragic accident occurred.
Two other students, who sustained severe injuries, have been hospitalized, while one student escaped unhurt.
The deceased have been identified as Favour Okpanku and Ojike Theophilus — both 500-level medical students, and Okorie Felix, a 400-level student.
