Tribunal annuls election of LP NASS member
The National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal in Umuahia, Abia State, on Monday annulled the election of Labour Party member into the National Assembly, Emeka Nnamani, representing Aba North and South Federal Constituency, for falsification of academic certificate.

Mascot Ikwechegh
The tribunal in the judgement, disqualified Nnamani citing an appeal court judgement on forgery of documents.
The Tribunal, annulling the election of Nnamani, declared Mascot Ikwechege of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) authentic winner of the February 25th National Assembly Election in Aba North/South Federal constituency.
Meanwhile, Nnamani may be proceeding on appeal to upturn the judgement.
