U.S. declines compliance with ICC’s arrest warrant on Israel PM Netanyahu
The United States (U.S.) has declined compliance with the ICC arrest warrant on Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague, Netherlands, had issued a warrant of arrest on the Prime Minster of Israel over the conflict in Gaza, in the war with Hamas, extending to Hezbollah.

The United States, accordingly, announced it will not comply with the ICC’s arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu.
According to the U.S., “We’re not going to be executing any [ICC] arrest warrants.”
Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, had declared @netanyahu
“The antisemitic decision of the international court in The Hague is a modern Dreyfus trial, and it will end the same.”
However, the U.S. is not a member of the ICCC, but has been a prominent donor to the international court.
