Update on First Lady Aisha’s baby bump

When First Lady Aisha Buhari and her husbd returned from Turkey last on Monday, news made the round Mrs. Buhari had joined the club.

Some said it was likely a tumor, looking at what they described as bellying out.

However, the office of the first lady has found time to come forward with the truth.

In an interview with BBC Pidgin, the aide to Mrs Buhari, Sulaiman Haruna, said Aisha Buhari is as fit as a fiddle.

“I can tell you 100 percent that our First Lady is perfectly hale hearty and she’s not ill or pregnant as some people report,” she said.

“Some of these reports are just from mischief makers who don’t mean well.

“You know nowadays, people can manipulate pictures,” he added.
