The Rivers State Police Command has arrested a woman Oluchi Chinedu Nkemjika, for allegedly pouring hot water on her 9-year-old housemaid.
It was gathered that the suspect was arrested at Paradise Avenue, off St. Michael Street, Iwofe in Port Harcourt following the intervention of neighbours.
