Reekado Banks, during his session on Accelerate TV‘s Under The Influence, the ‘Oluwa Ni’ singer reveals he owned no mobile phone around the time he entered Don Jazzy’s talent contest, which required people to send in their demos.

Reekado won the Mavin Records’ Talent Hunt competition in 2013, signed to Don Jazzy’s label and the rest as they say is history.
