Buhari ends medical vacation
…Set to perform lesser Hajj, visit Egypt, Qatar
President Muhammadu Buhari has ended his five-day medical vacation in London This medium gathered that, the president left for Abuja, Nigeria’s federal capital this yesterday afternoon from his London vacation residence.
While in London, President Buhari stayed at an apartment in Knightsbridge, but sent most of his aides back to Nigeria and that after series of meetings with his doctors over two days, he remained at his London apartment for the remaining three days.
Buhari will, barring any last minute changes, resume his foreign tour on February 24, as he is billed to commence a three-nation state visit to Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

While in Saudi Arabia, he is expected to perform the Umrah, lesser Hajj as well as visit Makka and Madina.
President Buhari, as informed by his special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina, notified that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo would perform the functions of the number one citizen.
The presidential aide said in compliance with Section 145 (1) of the Nigerian Constitution, Buhari had dispatched a formal notice of his vacation to the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
