3 Warning signs that it’s time to deworm
How long has it been since you last dewormed? Despite the fact that we must deworm every three months, only a small percentage of people actually does so.
To determine whether you need to deworm, keep an eye out for certain signs on your body. If you have any of these symptoms, your body is clearly infested with worms, and you should deworm immediately:
1. Appetite loss.
Loss of appetite can be caused by a variety of factors, but it can also indicate the existence of worms in your body. Worms wreak havoc on the digestive tract, causing a loss of appetite. In addition, most worms produce an acid into the stomach lining, which impacts your appetite.
2. Worms In Feces
We don’t check our feces nearly as much as we should, but we should. If you see live worms in your feces, it signifies you have a large number of worms in your system and some of them are expelled with the feces. In critical conditions, you could also notice some whitish material, which could be maggots or eggs that will shortly mature into worms.
3. Unusual weight loss
If you are not attempting to lose weight but find yourself weighing less each time you go on the scale, it is possible that you have worms. You may be eating much, yet the worms consume some of the nutrients, leaving your body with little. Other signs of worm infection include abdominal pain and vomiting.
