Italian husband,61, shoots Nigerian wife, 31, several times for divorcing him on her return from Nigeria

A 61-year-old Italian has shot dead his 31-year-old wife, a Nigerian, in Noventa Vicentina, in Italy.

This was coming as a fallout of their three-year-old marriage dissolution.

Amenze Rita reportedly filed for the divorce from Pierangelo Pellizzar after returning from Nigeria a week ago, according to media reports.

Angry Pellizar stalked Rita to the parking lot of Mf Mushroom, a company where she worked on Friday morning, and shot her four time before her colleagues.

Certain he killed her, Pellizar escaped from the crime scene in a grey Cherokee Jeep which was later found abandoned at his brother’s house.

However, authorities are searching for him as he has been declared armed and dangerous.

It was further gathered that late Rita arrived in Italy in 2017 through Libya and got married to the Italian man in 2018.
