How COVID vaccine ruined my career, NBA player laments
A basketball player with the Atlanta Hawks, Brandon Goodwin, has opened up on how the COVID-19 vaccine he took cut short his career after developing life -threatening blood clots.
The Atlanta Hawks player said the COVID-19 vaccine gave him blood clots. This diagnosis brought his season to an end, and maybe he won’t get a chance to return to the court.

“I got sick, and I never quite recovered from it. I would always have back pain. I was just super tired from the games. I was so tired. I felt like I couldn’t run up and down the court. My back was hurting. My back really started hurting badly. Then, I’m like, ‘OK. I need to go to the doctor. That’s when I found out I had blood clots, all within the span of a month.”
Goodwin says it’s from the COVID vaccine, ““I was fine until then. I was fine up until I took the vaccine; I was fine, people trying to tell you, ‘No. It’s not the vaccine.’ How do you know? You don’t know. Yes, the vaccine ended my season, one thousand percent.”
He also revealed that he was warned not to talk about it again by the NBA.
