An egg is a good source of protein to the body, it is also known as a first-class protein because it provides all the necessary ingredients for the body. But what could happen to your body if you eat one boiled egg daily.
1. It prevents Cardiovascular Diseases
An egg is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids which help to prevent some cardiovascular diseases like atherosclerosis and thrombosis. Atherosclerosis occurs when there is a blockage to the blood vessels due to fat deposits.
2. Prevent You from ageing quick
Eggs are very good when it comes to ageing because they slow the process of ageing, Vitamin C found in eggs help to keep the skin in a good condition thus preventing wrinkles of the skin. The protein pigment called keratin helps to keep the hair and nails in a good condition.

Consuming boiled egg daily provides sufficient antioxidants to the body, this helps to mob out free radicals from the body. Excess deposition of free radicals in the body causes cancer. Carotenoid is mostly the antioxidant that is present in eggs.

Due to the presence of vitamin A in eggs, it helps improve eyesight and thus prevent blindness.

The presence of magnesium, potassium and calcium in eggs help promote strong bones and teeth and this prevents osteoporosis and rickets. Vitamin D also prevents tooth decay.

Consuming eggs daily can help to burn down excessive fat because eggs have a low glycemic index this will help reduce the amount of food intake.

Eggs are highly rich in choline. Eggs also contain sufficient B- vitamins and nutrients that are beneficial to liver health. So daily consumption of eggs can prevent chronic liver disease.
