Police officer accosted for inappropriately tooching a robbery victim in her house
A yet-to-be identified lady has revealed her terrible experience in the hands of a police officer in Yaba, Lagos.
She explained that her apartment was raided by armed robbers and she had gone to the police station with her mom to file a report. She added that one of the police officers at the station followed them to inspect the crime scene.
“As I was showing the policeman everything that had been raided in the house, he started touching me and rubbing my back. I screamed for help and my mom came to my rescue. She quickly confronted him and demanded an explanation as to why he was harassing her daughter.
The policeman pleaded for forgiveness before we returned to the police station to inform his boss of his action.“
