Oborevwori wins at Appeal Court
The Court of Appeal on Friday upheld the election of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the March 18 governorship.
The Delta State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal had in its judgement affirmed the victory of Oborevwori in the election.

The three-member tribunal, headed by Justice C.H. Ahuchaogu, dismissing the petition filed by former Deputy President of the Senate, Ovie Omo-Agege, of the All Progressive Congress (APC), asserted that the petition contained unsubstantiated allegations, noting that it was devoid of merit and speculative.
