Oborevwori flags off 4th Phase of Delta Cares program
Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State on Tuesday flagged off Delta Cares program with disbursements for the 4th Phase of the Delta Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (DELTA CARES) Programme.
The governor in a statement highlighted @RtHonSheriff,
“In furtherance of our administration’s desire to uphold the principle of inclusiveness embodied in ‘Opportunity for All’ within the MORE Agenda, I am pleased to announce that today I have flagged off the disbursements for the 4th Phase of the Delta Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (DELTA CARES) Programme.
“This initiative is not merely a continuation; it is also a testament to our administration’s determination to empower vulnerable households and the less privileged, fostering a state where every citizen feels a sense of belonging. We are proud to announce that over 97,000 beneficiaries will be empowered today.
“I extend my warmest and heartfelt congratulations to the beneficiaries of the 4th Phase.”
Beneficiaries of the Delta Cares Program, the 4th Phase of the Delta Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (DELTA CARES) Programme has a total of 97,365 residents.
