Haaland tops Europe’s highest-paid footballers, Mbappé, Kane feature

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is the highest-paid footballer in Europe’s top five leagues, with Real Madrid forwards Kylian Mbappé and Vinicius Jr and Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane also among the biggest earners.

According to salary estimates from Capology published by Planet Football on Wednesday, Haaland earns an estimated £525,000 per week, putting him ahead of Mbappé and Vinicius, who are both listed on £513,000.

Kane is the highest-paid player in the Bundesliga, earning approximately £411,000 per week.

The figures cover the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Serie A, and are based on estimated weekly wages rather than official club disclosures.

Haaland leads the Premier League rankings on £525,000 per week, followed by Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk on £350,000.

Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes, Manchester City’s Jack Grealish and Arsenal captain Bukayo Saka are each estimated to earn £300,000 per week.

Omar Marmoush follows on £295,000, while Liverpool forward Alexander Isak, Manchester City’s Phil Foden and Arsenal’s Kai Havertz are each listed on £280,000.
