No plans to increase tuition – LASU
Authorities of the Lagos State University have reassured that there were no plans to increase tuition fees in the institution.
According to the latest edition of “LASU News’’, tuition has not been increased and there is no immediate plan to do so.
It said that the Lagos State Government had earlier approved N25, 000 across all faculties and levels in the university.
“Attention of management has again been drawn to information making the rounds, especially on social media, regarding a purported increase in the school fees being paid by students of the university presently.

“The university management wishes to state clearly that there is no increment in tuition fees, neither are there plans to effect any increment.’’
It urged members of the university community and the public to disregard any information on the issue, contrary to that of the institution as such are products of mischief.
