Adamu Garba reacts to Peter Obi’s resignation from PDP
Adamu Garba II, a former Presidential aspirant under the platform of the All Progressives Congress has accused Peter Obi of copying his template of handling the major political parties, after it was published that Peter Obi has submitted his resignation letter to the People’s Democratic Party and he will no longer be pursuing his presidential ambition from the party anymore.
Speaking on the issue, Adamu Garba said Peter Obi has copied his template of handling the major political parties. He described the move by Peter Obi as excellent.
“Peter Obi has copied from Adamu Garba’s template of handling the major political parties. Excellent!,” Adamu Garba tweeted.
Peter Obi announced his decision to dump the People’s Democratic Party because the things that are happening in the party are not encouraging. It also reported that Dr. Doyin Okupe, the Director General of Peter Obi Presidential Campaign Organisation, made it known to the general public after he submitted a copy of Obi’s resignation letter to the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja on Wednesday.
Recall that Adamu Garba was a Presidential aspirant under the platform of the APC, but he withdrew his presidential ambition under the party and also left the party. He said the reason he left the party was because the process of electing a competent candidate has been monetized by the party, citing the N100,000,000 required for expression of interest and nomination forms for presidential aspirants.
