Aisha Yesufu reveals why PDP ended up with Bwala as Spokesperson to Atiku Abubakar
Human rights activist, Aisha Yesufu has revealed why the People’s Democratic Party, PDP ended up with Daniel Bwala as Spokesperson to Atiku Abubakar, even though Bwala joined the PDP some weeks ago.
Aisha Yesufu revealed her reason on Twitter after a Punch Journalist identified as Damzy asked the question in amazement on Twitter.
The Journalist asked on Twitter, How did PDP end up with Daniel Bwala as spokesperson to Atiku? Man was just attacking PDP some two moons ago and strongly ripping Tinubu? I’m not saying you shouldn’t take in decampees but making them spokesperson?
Aisha Yesufu while replying Damzy on Twitter revealed that the PDP chose Bwala probably because of the votes of Northern Christians. She also added that the two major political parties in Nigeria are always after what will make them win and not necessarily what looks right.
Aisha Yesufu tweeted, Northern christian votes maybe. For the two major parties, it is never about what is right or what looks right or what is just or fair. It is about what will make them win. Their youth members that make enemies because of them are the ones I pity the most. Never good enough!
