EFCC insists on prosecuting released Air Force Officer in court
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has insisted on the prosecution of the officer of the Nigerian Air Force, who was released on administrative bail last Friday, after investigation.
EFCC Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale, in a statement declared that the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) personnel released on administrative bail by the Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Friday will be charged to court at the conclusion of the ongoing investigation.
The EFCC clarified that the officers were released to their Service in strict adherence to the bail procedures of the Commission.
The Commission reiterated that no one is above the law and the due process will be followed in bringing the case to a conclusion.
