Matvienko said this on Thursday after wrapping up her trip to the east African nation.

The visit resulted in concrete agreements aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
She said “the visit was productive, resulting to concrete agreements.
Matvienko was hosted by Ethiopian President, Taye Atske Selassie, on the final day of her visit to the Ethiopian capital of Addis Ababa on Thursday.

During her three-day trip, Matvienko met with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali and speakers of both chambers of the Ethiopia parliament.
She said that Ethiopian officials reaffirmed their commitment to deepening ties with Russia in various areas.
