Four die, three injured in Lagos-Ibadan Expressway auto crash
Four persons on Monday lost their lives, while three others sustained varying degrees of injuries in an accident on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway when a luxury bus rammed into a truck, National Daily Newspaper gathered.
The Public Education Officer for Ogun State Sector of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Florence Okpe, confirmed the incident in Abeokuta.
Okpe stated that the truck did not stop after the bus rammed into it while negotiating a bend around the “Kara’’ axis on the expressway.
She said the corpses have been deposited at a morgue in the Sagamu area of the state, while the injured have been taken to a nearby hospital, she said.

The four [4] corpses were deposited at a morgue in Sagamu in Ogun along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway , while the injured were taken to a nearby hospital,” she said.
She added that 21 persons, 13 men and eight women, were involved in the accident along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, National Daily Newspaper gathered.
