God ‘ll enthrone best governor for Delta, says Otuaro
Deputy Governor of Delta state, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro has advised all Peoples Democratic Party faithfuls not to relent in praying for the state, noting that it is only God who enthrones a man.
Addressing the mammoth crowd who came for the PDP mega rally at the Cenotaph in Asaba, Barrister Otuaro thanked the PDP stalwarts for their unwavering support for the Senator Okowa led government over the years which led to the harvest of unending projects across the state.
“We will not tell our people half-truth, we will tell you the whole truth, because from the onset of this government, God has been our guide and we will not take our eyes off him. We believe in God, we believe that Delta State is for God, we believe that God enthroned kings and we believe that going forward God will enthrone the best leader”. Otuaro stated.

The State number two man thanked the people for their unalloyed support and solidarity for the Senator Ifeanyi Okowa led administration which has brought about transformational change and unprecedented development across the state.
“The solidarity and support you have given to us is demonstrated in what you are seeing in terms of infrastructural development all through the length and breadth of Delta State. We are happy to see you in your large numbers in this Mega Rally celebrating our success stories.
“As a government, we will not fail you, we are determined to ensure that we finish strong and enthrone a better and secured Delta for future generations”…. Otuaro stated
