In a way, I like what happened in Osun!

Firstly, I want to say that it’s ok to highlight the Aregbesola factor in the loss but it is important to note that it was not a determinant in real terms. Aregbesola as a sitting governor in 2018 already lost Osun to Adeleke’s PDP until Tinubu masterfully pushed the elections into a runoff and arranged a clever horse trading with Omisore that brought in majority of the over 3,000 votes at stake in the runoff which helped APC’s win. APC actually lost Osun under Aregbesola in 2018.

It was shear Asiwaju’s political magic that gave APC another four years in Osun.

If anything, Aregbesola’s misrule, despotism, inability to pay workers which amounted to huge, uncleared salary arrears and a huge debt burden all of which Aregbesola inflicted on the state made Oyetola’s job of repositioning the state difficult and the modest efforts and achievements he made unappreciated. With or without Aregbesola, Osun’s loss was inevitable.

If anything, Aregbesola contributions to that loss was his misrule as governor, not by any spoiler’s role he played in yesterday’s election and neither Osinbajo, Amaechi or any of the 23 aspirants in APC’s presidential primaries could have prevented that loss if any of them is the party’s presidential flag bearer.

Again, I am happy about the loss in a way because it has clearly vindicated my position that IPOB, ESN, Unknown Gunmen, Yooba nesan agitators, Endsars, Labour Party, Obi/Datti ticket — all of which have come under one umbrella presently and call themselves “Obidients” are all arms and wings of PDP and working for the victory of PDP. The Obidients are the most joyous group celebrating the PDP victory even when their Labour Party had a candidate in that election.

Whatever ornament one is wearing ln his or her hands does not require a mirror to view or adjust.

Now, it’s evident that the whole Obidient movement is a PDP arrangement. So, they should quit telling us that their mission is to give Nigeria a “bit of fresh air”.

It’s the same 16 years poisoned air of PDP they are working Obidiently to bring back.

I am also equally happy that the Osun APC’s loss has finally unmasked the remaining faction of Osinbajo supporters wishing every conceivable evil befalls APC since their Saint lost at the primaries.

It has equally established them as a malicious and diabolic group who even the death of Tinubu (God forbid) or APC’s loss of the presidential election in February cannot appease.

Their support for Osinbajo is not out of love for him but out of envious hate for Tinubu and nothing can cure any hate that is borne out of envy. Such witchcraft is what I will dedicate the next few days weeding my wall and friends list from.

Life expectancy in Nigeria and indeed the world is too short already & I can’t afford to make mine shorter by communing daily with witches.

I am equally glad in a way about the Osun APC’s loss because it has brought to the fore once again the fact that APC have too many sworn enemies and 5th columnists within whose sworn mission is to destroy the party from inside.

It’s a good thing Osun guber has clearly highlighted it once again and Asiwaju has enough time now before the February elections to avoid making the same mistake as PMB in his kid glove treatment of this festering cankerworm eating away the party from within.

In conclusion, let me say re-assuring here that the loss of Osun to PDP, though not good for party morale going into a major election in February, nevertheless, it doesn’t hurt significantly Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s chances of clinching the presidency next February.

If anything, Osun’s loss will now help him prepare better.

And make no mistakes, the Osun people may have voted PDP either through financial inducements or in protest to Aregbesola’s crusted misrule which Oyetola tried to clear with little success but be rest assured that Osun people and indeed the South West will vote for Tinubu in February elections.

They have no other choice.

Those hawking their diabolic wishes that Osun’s loss is a harbinger of Asiwaju’s loss in February are only living in their foolish witch’s paradise.

Again, those gloating about the Osun APC’s loss, attributing it to arrogance on the part of Asiwaju and his BATists are nothing but inebriated clowns. Those gloating about the loss because they think it is Tinubu’s loss are hate infested retards. There is nothing in that loss that can diminish or extinguish Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu nor his political career. In fact, Tinubu’s political career is on the ascendancy and will forever remain so till he dies.

He is gunning for the presidency in February.

If he wins as he is primed to win, his political career will reach the zenith of political careers.

If he loses next February, he will remain a king maker till he dies and Bourdillion will be the Mecca and Rome of every politician that wants a senate seat, that wants to be a governor and wants to rule Nigeria all the days of Tinubu’s life.

Such is the unassailable and undeniable height and weight of Tinubu in the political affairs of Nigeria. It’s not arrogance. It’s where God, hard work and selfless upliftment of everyone around him has placed him and we, Asiwaju’s supporters, are proud of him.

The only losers here are Aregbesola and all Osun state APC members, both high and low, that worked against APC in Osun.

This is the end of their political careers. PDP is not like APC and  will never take them in or trust them with any rewarding position.

PDP shares their spoils of victory alone.

All genuine progressives should never be downcast.

You win some and you lose some.

That’s life.

We should not forget that we won Ekiti a few weeks ago.

We can’t win everything all the time.

Besides, a great victory that will eclipse all victories await genuine progressives next February.

Let us therefore redirect our energies and resources to achieving that rather than dissipate them on inconsolable envious haters, loser witches, and confused children in adult bodies.

I only hope that those congratulating INEC for a free and fair election will remember to do so next February when Asiwaju wins.

I cannot end by congratulating Adeleke and his PDP. I can only congratulate the people of Osun. They needed a Dancing Mascot as governor since 2018.

They have one now.

They deserve the governor they elected. And if the democratic adventure turns out to be a nightmarish joke eventually, then it’s on them.
